Matched Cut
For our Preliminary task we need to film a person walking through a door using a matched cut.
Def: A Matched Cut is a cut in film editing from one scene to another in which the two camera shots' compositional elements match, helping to establish a strong continuity of action.
180 Degree Rule For our filming of the conversation in our Preliminary Task we have to make sure we dont break the 180 Degree Rule of filming. This states that two or more people in the same scene should always have the same left/right relationship to each other.
